Senior Product Designer

Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in dialysis technology, seeks a Senior Product Designer to join its Digital Services and Solutions team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for creating innovative user experiences for web and mobile applications, including embedded software on medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with experience in designing for complex cross-platform enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and project timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver web, mobile, and touch screen experiences that support the company's overall roadmap strategy.
  • Helping to define project requirements and develop user-centered design solutions.
  • Designing and executing user research activities to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborating with Human Factors Engineering team on conducting usability studies.
  • Creating service blueprints, user journeys, and prototypes.
  • Applying system thinking to design across multiple products and verticals.

Requirements include a Bachelor or Master degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in product design for large-scale enterprise solutions. Experience designing for medical devices or complex cross-platform enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
