Job Description Summary

To plan, organize, direct, and supervise project activities within the Renewable Energy Grid Solutions framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry policies. The goal is to achieve unit targets in terms of sales, operating income, completion time, quality of projects, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and control project activities to maximize quality, cost, and delivery achievements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and supervise project milestones to secure customer satisfaction, maintaining and improving processes to maximize project execution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to prepare technical, execution, and planning documents requested by the project.
  • Update project management tools, site activity management, and supervisor management to ensure project results.
  • Plan, supervise, and control site activity with internal and external resources, collaborating with other teams to comply with EHS and local law requirements.
  • Create, develop, and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, internal colleagues, or contractors.
  • Define and supervise project reporting to drive risks before they escalate and take necessary mitigation actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Operational know-how, including functional know-how.
  • Technical know-how on HV DSC CBR products for technical analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of Italian Law legislation for site activities (Decreto 81 and Codice Appalti).
  • Operational effectiveness/accountability.
  • Collaboration/teamwork.
  • Communication with transparency, humility, and delivery-focused results.
  • Managerial know-how: ability to make decisions, sense of urgency, resilience, problem-solving approach, and continuously managing and developing people.
  • Leadership know-how: convincing, influencing, shaping, and driving change.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge/reading of technical documents (electrical-mechanical).
  • Knowledge of HV products.
  • Knowledge/experience on site activity.
Language and Travel Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Available to travel worldwide.
