Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. With a passion for beauty and a talent for building relationships, you will be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

• Provide personalized service to customers, offering expert advice on beauty products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Drive sales and meet customer service targets through effective communication and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve visual merchandising standards and maintain a high level of store presentation
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
