La nostra azienda, Gi Group SpA Filiale di Fidenza, è una importante catena multinazionale del mondo discount alimentare che cerca un candidato per il ruolo di Manager in Training - Settore GDO.

La risorsa sarà inserita all interno di un supermercato di media metratura e presterà supporto allo Store Manager per garantire il rispetto delle procedure operative e organizzare le attività del punto vendita. In assenza delle altre figure di direttivo sarà il responsabile.

Le principali responsabilità del candidato saranno:

  • Collaborare al coordinamento del team di filiale;
  • Ottimizzare i processi di lavoro nel punto vendita;
  • Offrire al cliente una piacevole esperienza di acquisto;

Si valutano candidature con esperienza professionale in ruoli di coordinamento (GDO/Retail/Ristorazione) e con buone doti organizzative e di gestione. È richiesta disponibilità al lavoro su turni (fascia oraria dalle 06.00 alle 22.00, anche nei festivi).

Sede di lavoro: Fidenza (PR)

Contratto: Part-time o Full-Time a tempo determinato presso Azienda Cliente (con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato). Previsto un percorso di formazione iniziale attraverso corsi teorici in aula e training on the job in diverse filiali.
