About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team at Pirelli's headquarters. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will lead global machinery installation and process optimization projects across our factories, collaborating closely with OEMs and partners to ensure seamless implementation and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Defining project timelines and managing the design, procurement, commissioning, testing, and validation of equipment supplied by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
  • Documentation Control: Verifying, approving, and archiving all machinery-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Group quality standards.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support during installation, commissioning, start-up, and throughout the equipment lifecycle in our factories worldwide.
  • Innovation: Developing creative solutions for processes and machinery to simplify factory operations and boost productivity, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a complex industrial engineering and manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and domestically.
  • Fluency in English.
