Position Overview

HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance our manufacturing operations and drive cost efficiencies, ultimately contributing to the overall profitability and effectiveness of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate designs, methodologies, and internal production processes;
  • Formulate strategies and initiatives aimed at operational excellence;
  • Execute enhancements in processes and modifications in product design and manufacturing techniques;
  • Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing various Lean methodologies and principles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration;
  • Over 1 year of experience in continuous improvement;
  • Proficient in English and Italian (B2-C1);
  • Strong command of Excel;
  • Familiarity with VBA or Python is advantageous;
  • Creative problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities are essential.
