Butler Trainee

At Anantara, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Trainee Butler to join our team. As a Trainee Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

• Ensure all suites and guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained at all times, adhering to our hotel's standards.
• Communicate guest requests, preferences, and information to relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel features and surroundings, providing guests with expert advice and recommendations.
• Assist guests in a friendly and educated manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, maintaining interaction to facilitate guest recognition and obtain specific needs, likes, and dislikes.
• Ensure Anantara Brand Standards are upheld, as well as etiquette and procedures listed by the LQA standards.
• Create memorable 'wow moments' throughout the guest's stay.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
• Maintain a high level of personal appearance and self-hygiene.
• Ensure a thorough and complete shift handover, maintaining high levels of communication and feedback among team members.
• Liaise and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front of House teams.
• Set up suites according to guest history, requests, and specific amenities.
• Be flexible and willing to work any shift assigned by the Head of Department.
• Assist the Butler team with luggage and shoe treatments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Italian and English (B2-level or above).
• Previous hotel work experience or similar.
• Knowledge of service skills.
• Fine attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow directions.
