About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to join ABB, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of products within the Motion Drive product Division, aligning with the division's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, showcasing expertise in the field.
  • Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix, and ensure efficient sales & marketing activities.
  • Develop and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing new customers.
  • Analyze customers' needs to offer customized solutions, communicating ABB's offering and strategy.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist.
  • Passion for sales and ability to establish good relationships with customers.
  • Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Nord Est Area: Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week.
  • Knowledge of Drive products, experience with direct market as OEM's Machinery and Distributors.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office, Salesforce (plus).
  • Technical diploma/degree in Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical).
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
