TevaPharm is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and calibration of our site's equipment and systems. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement maintenance and calibration plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Oversee site maintenance, including machinery, utilities, electrical systems, and accessory instruments, through the support of the maintenance team and subcontractors.
  • Manage site maintenance hard service contractors, assigning priorities, defining monthly KPIs, and monitoring costs.
  • Ensure alignment with Company methods and procedures, guaranteeing appropriate levels of reliability and availability of all systems, machineries, and equipment, in line with EHS and GMP required standards.
  • Manage deviations, tasks, CAPAs, and all GMP impacts related to maintenance areas.
  • Support the SGM, SEH, and SPH in drawing up the site engineering plan & budget for the development of equipment and systems.
  • Evaluate and suggest equipment upgrades to meet higher effectiveness and efficiency in line with EHS and GMP required standards.
  • Responsible for suggesting, developing, and implementing specific maintenance projects.
  • In line with Human Resources Department policy, ensure the motivation and development of member staff, proposing and taking appropriate action where necessary.
Requirements
  • Quality Management System knowledge (GMP, GDP, Data Integrity) and its application in all activities performed.
  • Knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety principles and applicable main EHS local regulations.
  • Knowledge of GEP (good engineering practices).
  • Full compliance with TEVA Ethic Code and Values.
  • Education: Engineering Degree – preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Italian.
  • Skills: Excellent planning and organizational ability, attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environment, analytical skills, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience: Min 3 years experience in maintenance roles within relevant industrial production environment, adequate knowledge and experience of chemical and pharmaceutical production, adequate working knowledge of GEP (good engineering practices).
