As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to identify business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.

1. Develop Customized Solutions: Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities.
2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translating them into technical requirements and ensuring seamless integration.
3. Build Custom Applications: Develop custom applications, workflows, and process automation using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
4. Integrate with External Systems: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing your knowledge of Salesforce APIs and data models.
5. Ensure Security and Data Integrity: Implement and maintain security and data integrity within the Salesforce environment, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
6. Perform Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet business requirements.
7. Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers, contributing to their growth and development within the company.
8. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience: Relevant hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom development and integration.
3. Certifications: Salesforce certifications Administrator, Platform Developer I are required. Any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
4. Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
5. Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and/or bulk APIs.
6. Software Development: Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
7. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
8. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
