Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior After Sales Specialist to join our team in the Biomedical Sector. As a key member of our post-vendita team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, both on-site and remotely. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  2. Manage the installation of new systems, ensuring that they are properly configured and functioning as expected.
  3. Manage the replacement of parts and the warranty process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
  4. Travel frequently to Europe (approximately 60% of the time) to provide on-site support to clients.

Requirements

  1. Background in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
  2. Experience in roles involving technical support or installation of machinery.
  3. Ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  4. Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 certified).

What We Offer

  1. Indefinite contract.
  2. Annual gross salary between 35,000 and 45,000 euros, plus a travel allowance. We will also consider candidates with higher salary expectations, based on specific experience in automation and robotics.
