Job Summary:

The ICGEB invites applications for the post of Human Resources and Personnel Assistant. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Officer and the HR & Personnel Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties regarding social security and pension, insurances, and HR administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Officer and the HR & Personnel Unit.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR-related activities and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

What We Offer:

The post is for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of one-year further extensions subject to satisfactory performance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent administrative and organizational skills.
