The Customer Service Expert at Dainese will provide exceptional support to consumers worldwide, handling inquiries related to e-commerce orders, returns, product information, and more. This role requires a strong understanding of our brands' products, including motorbike apparel, shoes, and snow and bike products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and German or French, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound emails, calls, and chats with consumers
  • Ensure timely responses to consumer inquiries based on company SLAs
  • Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to develop customer relationships
  • Act as a brand champion for our products, advising clients on technical questions
  • Manage requests for customized products and handle requests internally
  • Align with the after-sales team on repair orders and support operations administration

Key Skills and Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in a structured B2C customer service department
  • Experience or willingness to learn about the motorbike industry
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in multiple languages
  • Usage of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS tools
  • Customer-oriented and service center approach
