We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Swisslog Healthcare. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Identify and contain deviations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Coordinate with operating teams to investigate and resolve non-conformities
- Prepare processes, procedures, and templates for the Quality Management System
- Engineering degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (B1 certification)
- Proactive, precise, timely, and accurate
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 principles
- Excellent problem-solving attitude
- Good knowledge of PDCA/8D/5WHY problem-solving tools
- Experience with NAVISION knowledge
- Good use of MS Excel
