A highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator is sought to become an integral part of the Asset Management team at a dynamic private equity firm in the Galleria area.
This role reports directly to the VP of Investor Relations, supporting fund administration and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, 3 years of financial services industry experience: accounting/finance, fund management, or investor relations.
Responsibilities- Fund Performance Analysis: Deliver timely and accurate fund performance analyses and reports.
- Collaboration with Tax, Legal, and Accounting Teams: Collaborate with tax, legal, and accounting teams for prompt reporting.
- Compliance: Coordinate with custodians and third parties to ensure compliance.
- Accuracy Verification: Regularly verify report and presentation accuracy.
- Investor Inquiries: Manage and track investor inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Onboarding and Reporting: Support investor onboarding and reporting processes.
- Investor Information: Maintain and update investor information.
- Communications: Assist in drafting communications and updating the Investor Relations webpage.
- Reporting and Presentations: Support the VP in preparing reports and presentations.
- Correspondence and Meeting Materials: Draft correspondence and prepare meeting materials.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings and calls with investors and service providers.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for routine and quarterly projects.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed.
