We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Imagine Communications. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing installation support for our innovative media solutions, including automation, video servers, and graphics systems.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and setup of traditional SDI and new solutions, including 2110, 2022/6, TS, HDR, JpegXS, and dockers
- Collaboration with product lines and R&D teams to improve solutions and address customer needs
- Support for large and innovative projects during implementation and live migration
- Travel to different countries to support and manage key customers based in West Europe and Africa
- Deliver on-site and remote services, including technical commissioning and training
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in broadcast playout technologies, ideally with at least 5 years of experience. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
