As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for updating full schedules for low-criticality projects, collecting time-related progress information, and preparing standard progress reports.

This role involves maintaining schedules according to the Time Management Plan and company procedures, collecting progress information from stakeholders and suppliers, and participating in periodic project schedule review sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company procedures.
  • Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions.
  • Report the actual or potential delays to the core project team.
  • Prepare standard schedule and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Basic knowledge of project scheduling theory.
  • Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool.
  • Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industries.
  • Good interpersonal skills; a team player.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment.
