Cpm Italy cerca un Product Advisor per unincorporare le vendite dei prodotti del nostro cliente all'interno di un negozio di elettronica di consumo.

Compiti Principali
  • Presentare ai clienti le caratteristiche dei prodotti e dei servizi, sfruttando i key selling point e le offerte in corso.
  • Assistere e consigliare i clienti durante tutto il processo di acquisto.
  • Formare gli addetti vendita del negozio e incoraggiare l'uso delle piattaforme di apprendimento digitale del cliente.
  • Monitorare e implementare attività di visual merchandising, incluse la posizione di materiali POP per aumentare la visibilità dei prodotti.
  • Gestire la manutenzione delle aree dedicate in termini visual, pulizia e correttezza dell'esposizione.
  • Gestire una reportistica puntuale, sia quantitativa che qualitativa, per fornire al cliente feedback e insight utili allo sviluppo dell'attività.
Requisiti
  • Volontà di aiutare le persone a trovare la soluzione giusta per le proprie esigenze.
  • Entusiasmo e voglia di imparare.
  • Esperienza in ruoli di consulenza di vendita o ruoli correlati.
  • Appassionato del settore informatico/tecnologico.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare anche nel weekend e su turni.
