Renewals Officer

A leading global technology vendor company based in Nicosia is seeking a Renewals Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will have international exposure and be part of a multinational working environment.

• Manage critical accounts for the company's Outsourced Market region.
• Leverage company channel partners or directly to manage renewal opportunities.
• Prospect for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engage Field and/or Partner Sales to hand-over and develop such opportunities.
• Drive customer conversion to Subscription, leveraging partners and technical resources.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process.
• Support general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Promote value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on the company's products and solutions.
• Manage and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
• Generate quotes necessary for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts sales opportunities.
• Align with sales team members as needed to close sales.
• Utilize CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
• Generate reports as directed by Management.

• At least 2 years of digital sales/renewals experience in the IT field is preferred.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-player.
• Outgoing personality.
