Miscusi is a pioneering Italian restaurant brand that has revolutionized the concept of fresh pasta. Our recipes are not only delicious but also healthy and sustainable. We are a new-generation Italian company that aims to spread the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to the world by promoting friendship, tradition, hospitality, openness, creativity, and, of course, fresh pasta and great food. We want them to be passionate and engaged members of our family and help us share the Mediterranean lifestyle. As our Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging video content that showcases the Miscusi experience tailored for social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
  • Editing: Edit videos using Capcut, Premiere, and After Effects to ensure professional and polished final products.
  • Multichannel Content: Adapt and repurpose content for newsletters, our institutional website, and our HR portal.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design tasks, adding an extra layer of creativity and professionalism to our video content.
  • AI: Use AI tools to improve productivity and for creative content.
Collaboration and Innovation
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Copywriter and Digital Influencer Specialist to brainstorm and execute content ideas, together with the Martech team on UX/UI on all digital platforms and other specific projects if needed.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends, benchmarking competitors' content, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to weekly marketing meetings.
  • Behind-the-Scenes: Seek opportunities to create behind-the-scenes content that offers an authentic and personal glimpse into the Miscusi brand.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in videomaking for a hospitality brand.
  • Skills: Proficient in video making with iPhone, advanced video editing, strong understanding of content creation for social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok, curiosity and passion about AI, knowledge and experience is preferred, experience with graphic design and photography is a plus, exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset, ability to work dynamically and think quickly on your feet.
  • Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic and energetic, with a deep love for food, curious and always seeking opportunities for creative content, innovative and proactive in bringing new ideas to the table, strong brand ambassador, embodying the Miscusi spirit, autonomy, self-organized and autonomous self-starter.
