Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or STEM
5-6 years of work experience in the world of Acquiring and Digital Payments
Experience in managing policies, procedures, and best practices
Ability to govern and coordinate document framework review activities
Ability to prepare deliverables and presentations to the WL Group
Relational and organizational skills and management of working groups
Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result
Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic)
Ability to write/summarize results and prepare deliverable packages
Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities
Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect
Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem-solving
Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA
ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated
