Your Role
The Mall Luxury Outlets, a part of Kering, specializes in the development and management of luxury fashion outlet destinations that provide a comprehensive shopping experience beyond mere retail.
Nestled in the scenic Tuscan hills, The Mall Firenze offers a stunning environment, while The Mall Sanremo, which opened in June 2019, is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Ligurian hills. Both locations invite guests to enjoy a unique blend of luxury and beauty that transcends traditional shopping.
As an Accounting Intern, you will collaborate with the accounting team to oversee the flow of invoices and payments within the TMLO department, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and orders.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the team with the collection of invoices, ensuring accurate cost center and nature of costs are detailed Aiding in the approval process for payments Supporting the accounting team in monitoring budget forecasts, tracking invoices, and identifying any discrepancies Preparing tailored reports or analyses as requested by management Collaborating with the controlling department to facilitate monthly reporting and budget forecasting activities Maintaining an organized and updated accounting and finance archive.Candidate Profile
A degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting is required Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations is essential Basic understanding of budgeting processes and SDI flow is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial A dynamic, proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are important Proficiency in MS Office Suite is necessary Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plusWhy Choose Us?
