Job Description:

Randstad Italia Spa is seeking a skilled Gastronomia Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Gastronomia department, including product displays and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers.
• Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
