About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Hermès Italie SpA in Padova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including luxury goods and accessories;
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable omnichannel experience;
  • Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio through effective client discovery and relationship-building;
  • Lead complex sales and client requests, managing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Contribute to business development through innovative commercial actions and proposals;
  • Collect and update client data, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and company procedures;
  • Support operational tasks and ensure adherence to company procedures and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics;
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an asset;
  • Strong experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique environment;
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team;
  • Proficient in Excel and IT tools;
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong aesthetic sense are essential.
