About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Hermès Italie SpA in Padova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including luxury goods and accessories;
- Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable omnichannel experience;
- Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio through effective client discovery and relationship-building;
- Lead complex sales and client requests, managing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to business development through innovative commercial actions and proposals;
- Collect and update client data, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and company procedures;
- Support operational tasks and ensure adherence to company procedures and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics;
- Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an asset;
- Strong experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique environment;
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team;
- Proficient in Excel and IT tools;
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong aesthetic sense are essential.
