Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist

Ricercamysrl, a leading clothing company in Treviso, is seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser Specialist to join their team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product line and updating it progressively based on the developments of the collection through the use of company systems. They will also be responsible for defining a range that reflects the current trends based on product, market, and consumer information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for optimizing profitability at the gross margin level through accurate pricing and product mix, as well as defining pricing for collections, making predictions, and conducting regular checks based on budget targets and company margins.

The Merchandiser Specialist will also be responsible for providing accurate predictions for the category, collaborating with the Product and OPS departments during the development of the collection based on pricing positioning and target costs, identifying and managing attractive assortments for distribution channels, and being responsible for presenting product lines to sales teams and key clients.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the setup of the showroom for pre-line and sales meetings, creating product catalogs with the Marketing Department, and implementing and updating dashboards to monitor merchandising KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Defining the product line and updating it progressively based on the developments of the collection through the use of company systems
