Sensory Experience Consultant

At The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., we are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at Jo Malone London in Fidenza, working part-time hours of 29 hours per week.

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to succeed in the retail beauty industry. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and inspirational in-store experience to our customers, educating, inspiring, and delighting them through your passion for people, products, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve sales targets
• Use exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the dynamic team to ensure the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

What We Offer:

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment and have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
