Job Description

ONLY JOB S.R.L. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Representative to join our team in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Lombardy region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the local market and develop effective sales strategies
  • Acquire new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
  • Manage sales negotiations and create customized commercial offers
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the recruitment industry
  • Strong commercial skills, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Lombardy region and its market trends
  • Ability to work towards specific goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in English and French
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
  • CCNL Commercio contract with RAL and benefits commensurate with the candidate's experience
