ItalSystem srl, a company operating in the aeronautical sector as a supplier of engineering and IT solutions, is seeking a recent graduate or graduate in Aeronautical and Computer Engineering to join its team as a Technical Publications Engineer.
About the JobThis role involves supporting the Customer Support area of a prestigious client company in the aeronautics sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analysis skills, be able to work in complex environments, and possess excellent problem-solving and relational skills.
Responsibilities- Analyze and solve problems in structured and complex environments
- Develop technical publications for customer support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
The successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), as well as proficiency in Windows, Android OS, Microsoft Access, SQL (T-SQL) applicator to Access, X-path in XML environment, and programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, and C#.
Requirements- Degree in Aeronautical and Computer Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access and SQL
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, and C#
- Previous experience in technical publications
- Knowledge of the S1000D standard
- Familiarity with the main aeronautical components
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 40,000-60,000 euros per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in Turin or Varese, Italy, and requires occasional travel to client sites.
