As a Warehouse Manager, you will gain invaluable experience in overseeing a highly intricate logistics department, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting, tracking, and managing operational objectives to guarantee efficient warehouse functionality; Overseeing, organizing, and training warehouse personnel; Developing operational systems by managing product handling, storage needs, equipment utilization, inventory control, and shipping procedures; Leading the warehouse team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short- and long-term performance targets; Monitoring daily operations while managing inventory and logistics effectively; Analyzing workflows, staffing needs, space utilization, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction; Managing and overseeing international shipments to various global locations; Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role with oversight of hourly employees; Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff; Strong problem-solving capabilities; Proficient data analysis skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on team leadership; Proficient in English.
