Our International Sales Solutions Division is seeking an intern to assist in the efficient processing of orders from global markets, collaborating with internal teams and clients to facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage sales orders, pricing, discount conditions, and customer data within the ERP system.
  • Monitor sales orders, including pricing and promotional applications, as well as manage master data and customer contracts.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Handle the administrative processes related to returned goods.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices in accordance with original order conditions.
  • Track the order process from entry through to delivery and payment.
  • Coordinate activities to verify and document debit notes or issue credit notes.
  • Engage directly with customers and sales representatives via phone or email to address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for market requirements.
  • Manage and oversee all export documentation and certifications, including customs paperwork and certificates of origin.

Candidate Profile

Soft Skills

  • Customer-focused and adaptable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Skills

  • Degree in Languages or Economics.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Power BI, and databases) at an intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
