About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Product Development Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating new product launches, managing product development and industrialization, and analyzing market and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new product launches, including specification with R&D, graphic and visual development, and communications planning.
- Manage product development and industrialization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Analyze market and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Study sales dynamics and market performance to inform business decisions.
- Define medium-term strategies and budgets for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Product in defining the budget and marketing strategies.
- Drive scouting brand and license opportunities to expand our product portfolio.
- Manage and progress new projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Maintain valuable and trustful relationships with brands and manufacturers.
- Endorse commercial negotiation and agreements to secure business partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand and product development.
- Italian speaking with very good English language skills.
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
- Passion for branding and market-oriented approach.
- Technical knowledge of different product categories, such as tableware, textile, and luggage.
- Technical skills in product development.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent team player and good listener, with a strategic overview and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to quickly adapt to change.
- Positive, engaging, and creative approach.
- Graphic skills and ability to use graphics software is a plus.
- Leads by example, and lives the company's values and has the ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks based on integrity and trust.
