We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Senior Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, and will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all works are carried out as per instructions and specifications.
  • Liaise with superiors to discuss day-to-day operational requirements, achievements, and improvements.
  • Be prepared to work unsociable hours or overtime as dictated by management.
  • Find faults on kitchen equipment and troubleshoot.
  • Ensure good work practices and reporting procedures.
  • Timekeeping and personal hygiene must be of the highest standards.
  • Assist the team when needed and ensure all problems are dealt with professionally.
  • Ensure PPM services are performed on equipment as directed by management.
  • Behave in a professional manner at all times.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
  • Handle every complaint/suggestion from managers with a positive attitude, sincerity, and promptness.
  • Discuss all complaints/suggestions with superiors and take remedial action.
  • Attend regular meetings (tool box talks) with other staff to share mutual concerns, work practices, improvement plans, and to communicate company policies, standards, objectives, and other helpful information.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant working relationship with all superiors and peers at all times.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the HSE management system.
  • Ensure that all accidents, fire loss, theft, and damages are reported to Supervisor/Manager immediately and proper procedures are followed.
  • Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.
  • Take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken.
  • Predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and share the responsibilities, share the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings.
  • Provide minimum consumption currently used all stuff and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
  • Implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility.
  • Predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.
  • Implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
  • Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Requirements
  • At least a technical high school or vocational diploma.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience required by the job.
  • Foreign Language: Not required.
  • Courses and Training: Not required.
  • Computer Literacy: Not required.
