Job Description

OTIS is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting the CFO in all strategic financial analysis planning, forecasting, business performance reviews, and financial decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate financial planning and analysis activities across the group
  • Prepare monthly closing processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy of reported data
  • Coordinate monthly closing of all SEE countries
  • Monthly internal reporting towards branches and subsidiaries
  • Planning and monthly forecasting activities, including income statement, balance sheet, and supplemental accounts
  • Ad-hoc analysis, PP presentations, and deep-dive on specific topics
  • Support in the development and implementation of the corporate business and financial strategy
Requirements:
  • 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English and familiarity with main IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Hyperion system is a plus
