Position Overview

Young Talent Program - Finance Intern

This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated New Graduate or Master's student eager to make a significant impact at Kraft Heinz.

The role is situated within the Finance Department in Milan, where you will collaborate with a motivated team, alongside peers who are consistently striving for excellence.

Each internship within our organization provides exceptional opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills, acquire real-world business experience, gain exposure to senior leadership, and participate in tailored training sessions.

As an intern, you will engage in our Young Talent Program, taking charge of projects and working closely with the business on daily challenges. We offer the platform; you redefine the game.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the business planning and budgeting process through reporting, data management, and analysis. Creating budget/forecast versus actual reports and presentations for budget stakeholders. Conducting comparative analysis of quarterly operating and financial data results. Engaging in modeling, analytics, and preparing management summaries/decks and data dashboards. Providing connections to other areas of the finance organization, including revenue management, category finance, and operations finance. Participating in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.

Candidate Profile:

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. High level of commitment and analytical thinking. Strong communication skills and an independent work ethic. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Fluent in English and Italian. EU Working Permit is required for this position.
