• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise and drive business value.
• Manage program and delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, tangible outcomes, and high-quality results.
• Participate in the pre-sales process and articulate the business value proposition associated with the program or change.
• Guide cross-team and third-party partnerships, influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
• Apply program governance standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
• Be on top of any commercial aspects of your program, driving financial integrity.
• Mentor other team members as you share your knowledge and experience.
• Research and proactively share intellectual property (IP) and provide recommendations for improving how we operate.

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs, preferably at international scale.
• Program governance skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, senior stakeholder communications, and risk management.
• Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting to a variety of different audiences, including those at a C-suite level.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing technology-related projects: experience in either infrastructure, cloud, security, Office365, or productivity solution implementations is essential.
