Overview of the Role:
We're seeking a skilled General Business/Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role involves selling the entire Salesforce platform to a small set of named accounts.
You'll work closely with other product specialists to help map out the best strategy for your customers.
You'll have technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals.
Contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
• Strong technology sales experience (5 to 7 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to cross-industry segments.
• Previous experience selling to Pharma, Healthcare, Lifescience accounts.
• Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market.
• Successful history of net new business sales.
• Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
• Proficient in Italian and English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Sales Methodology Education.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
