Job Title

We are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure & Application Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve system performance, while also ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all IT infrastructure components are operational, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement and manage monitoring systems to track the health and performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Forecast future infrastructure needs based on business growth and technological advancements.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications to ensure they meet business requirements and SLAs.
  • Implement application performance monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Manage the resolution of application-related incidents and problems, coordinating with development teams and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Oversee the application change management process, ensuring changes are thoroughly tested and deployed with minimal risk to operations.
  • Manage relationships with application vendors, ensuring they meet performance and support commitments.
  • Lead infrastructure and application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage the performance of the project team complying with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
