About the Role:

Schleich GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Professional to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for managing social media communication for Italy, including content selection, translation, local content development, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media communication (Facebook and Instagram) for Italy to grow fan base and engagement rates
  • Search for and collaborate with influencers in Italy
  • Support marketing manager and sales team with creation or localization of various marketing materials into Italian language
  • Search for and establish collaboration with local marketing agencies
  • Contribute in preparing and participating in sales meetings (marketing presentation)
  • Be the contact person with customers in the marketing department
  • Support product listing process for various retailers (providing data to retailers and their systems)
  • Support content update process at key e-commerce partners and opening of the official Italian website
  • Support contract management at system level (shareflex)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing management or digital marketing
  • At least 6 months of working experience preferably in an international company
  • Native Italian; Fluent in English
  • Passion for social media – strong copywriting and copy editing skills that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take actions
  • Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, and open to learn new tools
  • Good presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability
