Job Description

FRAG srl is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the contractual documentation of assigned operational areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and administering contracts for EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor potential suppliers during the tendering process
  • Identify contract risks and opportunities, deviations, and shortcomings
  • Negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with technical specifications
  • Verify that economic specifications match those in the contract
  • Prepare contracts in accordance with company standards
  • Negotiate sub-contracting terms, ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Verify supplier acceptance of orders
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on corrective actions and potential mitigations
  • Track all order revisions
  • Manage daily contracts of sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Interface with clients for sub-contractor needs and obligations
  • Issue regular reports
  • Manage sub-contractor activities, claims, and order variations in line with project requirements
  • Ensure timely receipt of contract results from clients and relevant parties
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics or Administrative field
  • At least 3 years of experience in projects related to Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, and Industrial sectors
  • Previous experience in document management and interface with medium/large-sized companies or multinationals
  • Previous experience in managing relationships with Public Entities
  • Knowledge of Public Procurement regulations
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Competence in contract management and standard contract modules (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, etc.)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Availability for short business trips
