Strategic National Account Development Manager

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share through effective management of assigned Retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase HA product sales through a portfolio of Retail customers.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing retail customers at the national level, ensuring timely achievement of agreed-upon sales and market share targets.
- Sales Campaigns: Design and propose impactful sales campaigns, define distribution strategies, and provide regular feedback on sales leads.
- Territory Management: Coordinate field sales activities, visit key customers, and directly manage national-level key accounts.
- Closing Deals: Ensure timely contract finalization across the national territory.
- Forecasting and Inventory: Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and stock rotation.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
We seek a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO), excellent MS Office skills, very good written and spoken English, and flexibility to travel 60% domestic and internationally.
