Job Description

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share through effective management of assigned Retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase HA product sales through a portfolio of Retail customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing retail customers at the national level, ensuring timely achievement of agreed-upon sales and market share targets.
  • Sales Campaigns: Design and propose impactful sales campaigns, define distribution strategies, and provide regular feedback on sales leads.
  • Territory Management: Coordinate field sales activities, visit key customers, and directly manage national-level key accounts.
  • Closing Deals: Ensure timely contract finalization across the national territory.
  • Forecasting and Inventory: Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and stock rotation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO), excellent MS Office skills, very good written and spoken English, and flexibility to travel 60% domestic and internationally.
