Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RSPP/HSE&Q Supervisor to join our team at Edison Next Government S.r.l. in the Sud Italia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the identification of risk factors and the evaluation of risks in accordance with current regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the identification of risk factors and the evaluation of risks in accordance with current regulations;
• Develop, propose, and promote preventive and protective measures and control systems for occupational safety and environmental matters;
• Monitor key compliance and deadline-related activities related to occupational safety and health regulations;
• Propose and organize training events on occupational safety and environmental matters;
• Support the QHSE Manager in the implementation of the Integrated Management System and the maintenance of ISO certifications;
• Monitor the effective implementation of the integrated management system and keep it updated with regulatory changes and process evolution;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Perform internal and site audits;
• Manage any non-conformities, conducting in-depth investigations into the causes of the non-conformities and defining corrective actions with involved managers;
• Collaborate with other company functions to prepare maintenance audits for certifications;
• Perform internal training on company values and certifications subscribed by the Organization; interface with colleagues and suppliers/subcontractors to verify compliance with company procedures;
• Hold the role of RSPP.

Requirements:

• University degree in technical disciplines;
• Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 152/2006) and occupational safety and health regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008);
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems;
• At least 5 years of experience in the role;
• Internal Auditor qualification;
• Good knowledge of the English language and good proficiency in the Microsoft Office package;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills;
• High organizational capacity;
• Any certifications are a plus;
• Full availability for medium and short-term transfers to operational units, contract sites, and company headquarters throughout the national territory.
