Job Description

An esteemed Forex company, GRS Recruitment, seeks a highly skilled Financial Sales Specialist to enhance and support the sales team based in Nicosia. The ideal candidate should possess industry experience and be proficient in French and English. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and consultative selling
  • Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones by identifying customer needs through active listening and consultation
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years' sales experience in the same industry or financial services fields
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CFD trading techniques and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
