Job Title: QC Technician II
Location: Rieti
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QC Technician II to join our team in Rieti. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing on all process intermediates, bulk products, and environmental monitoring samples
- Participate in validation activities
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with local SOPs, specifications, FDA, GLP, and cGMP
- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, process intermediates, bulk products, and verify cleaning and environmental monitoring samples using laboratory instruments and computerized systems for testing and data recording
- Perform testing for qualification and validation activities for plant projects
- Contribute to the maintenance of LeanLab and 5S activities
- Act as EVENT initiator
- Support the maintenance of the document archive related to your department, including responsibility for document retrieval and destruction
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the English language and main computer applications
- Excellent team working skills

- Ability to show problem-solving skills for data management and analysis
- Ability to evaluate the quality of analytical data
- Knowledge of analytical methods and analytical instruments in use
- Ability to work in a controlled GMP environment and knowledge of the requirements and risks associated with the laboratory environment
- Manipulation of hazardous biological materials
- Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, Biological Sciences, or equivalent
