Job Description

Jobify Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team in Opera, MI. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing sales processes, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics to management
Requirements
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a commercial or related role
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving, stress management, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and achieve business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales of services B2B in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Recruitment sectors
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot)
Working Conditions

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30/9:00 am to 5:30/6:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

€ 25/32 K + bonus for exceeding sales targets

Benefits include telephone and computer, ticket restaurant, and 2 days of smart working per week
