Jobify Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team in Opera, MI. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing sales processes, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development
- Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics to management
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a commercial or related role
- Strong commercial skills and ability to negotiate and close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving, stress management, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and achieve business objectives
- Previous experience in sales of services B2B in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Recruitment sectors
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot)
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30/9:00 am to 5:30/6:00 pm
Compensation and Benefits€ 25/32 K + bonus for exceeding sales targets
Benefits include telephone and computer, ticket restaurant, and 2 days of smart working per week
