Job Summary

The Regional Manager is part of the Country/Stores department and reports directly to the Area Manager. The main focus lies on ensuring a consistent and attractive store image, maximizing profit within the stores, and reaching the desired customer satisfaction level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Controls correct execution of Store Operation Procedures, optimizes store appearance and presentation, and delivers input and shares Best Practices.
  • People Management: Clearly steers a team, takes the lead, gives clear working instructions, plans employees and activities, and is actively involved in improving employee skills.
  • Result driven: Takes corrective measures if results fall behind, optimizes store performance in the designated region through monitoring Store Managers, and manages store KPIs (costs, sales, productivity, and stock).
Requirements
  • Degree in combination with 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Demonstrates a high level of pragmatism, is very organized, and works efficiently and effectively.
