About the Role:

Ecowater Systems Italia S.R.L is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team in central Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent technical support and training to customers, including CATs and salespeople, as well as dealers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and customer visits/prospection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our range of water softeners and drinking water filtration systems.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of EcoWater Systems' products.
  • Develop and implement long-term plans with assigned customers addressing topics such as growth and quality value.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve the set goals. You should also have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC-related industry.
