Job Description

Cloud9 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team in the Piemonte region. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for our ERP software, focusing on new clients and existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and negotiate the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide market feedback and improve the ERP software based on customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong passion for sales and a strategic approach to understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of business processes and the challenges associated with implementing ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in similar industries that interact with medium-sized businesses.
