\t* Lead Omnichannel CRM Integration strategy to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
\t* Develop Global Client Experience strategy with the consumer at the center, both in B2B and B2C
\t* Drive Retention Strategy: design and develop loyalty programs, customer segmentation, campaigns, activations, and data insights
\t* Oversee data collection and lead generation strategy, client engagement enablers, dedicated training paths development
\t* Supervise data Insights and Reports to monitor and evolve the performance of engagement and conversion KPIs including ROI
\t* Transform consumer understanding to create value and relations, beyond sales
\t* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM objectives

\t* Preferably a degree in Marketing Insights or Statistics with honors
\t* Deep Knowledge of Marketing Attribution Customer Behaviors (BX)
\t* +6 years Experience in Consumer Insight CRM Direction
\t* Strong background in customer activation retention strategies
\t* SFDC (or equivalent) knowledge including triggered event, journey, and Campaign Management expertise (across email, SMS, push notification)
\t* Proven experience in Customer Experience
\t* Track records of exposure to Customer Experience Management
\t* Data mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management
\t* Great communication skills
\t* Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
\t* Excellent team player
\t* Results-oriented
\t* Enthusiasm, Humility, Proactivity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
