Construction Supervisor

We seek a construction supervisor to oversee international EPC projects for industrial plants' installation and revamping. The successful candidate will possess proven project management experience, a good technical background, and a passion for driving success globally.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and initiation, including drafting and reviewing project baselines and management plans.
• Leadership of project teams, encompassing both Italian and international teams.
• Site activity management by delegating tasks to the site manager and site contractors.
• Ensuring risk and claims management, adhering to project quality standards.
• Fostering stakeholder relationships, focusing on clients and key partners, including site contractors and OEMs.
• Preparing regular project progress reports, highlighting cost management and project cash flow.
• Closing out projects, ensuring documentation and execution compliance.

Your Profile:

• Possessing a degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering is beneficial.
• Exhibiting at least 5 years of experience as an EPC project manager in Brownfield industrial installations.
• Demonstrating a solid technical understanding, ideally through experience as a project engineer or site engineer.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on achieving results.
• Holding international PM certifications is advantageous.
