Hitachi Rail S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Specialist to join our team. As a Requirements Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by managing and maintaining project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project requirements in DOORS
  • Collaborate with clients and system design authorities to confirm system requirements
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and expectations to establish project requirements
  • Provide project requirements management progress and KPI reports
  • Support the development of the project requirements management plan

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under stress and as part of a team
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions

Education and Qualifications

Educational background in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Associate Degree or equivalent technical background.

Language

Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
